Furgals respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding that data.
Account Creation
An anonymous account can be created by entering your age and pressing the continue button.
- Account data is only created after registration.
- Your device stores local information required to authenticate with servers (e.g., JWT tokens).
- An email can optionally be linked to the account for recovery.
- Age is used for ad personalization through advertising partners.
- Purchases, in-game activity, and user-generated content (e.g., usernames and character customization) are linked to the account via anonymous ID or email.
- IP addresses may be used temporarily for abuse prevention but are not stored permanently.
Note: Anonymous accounts are not completely private. While no email is required, some data (like usernames, purchases, or gameplay activity) may still be linked to your account. If you do not link an email, the account cannot be recovered if access is lost.
Shared Game Data
This is a multiplayer game, and certain actions may expose limited information to other players.
- Do not use personal details such as your real name or birthdate as a username.
- Game choices, such as character customization, may reflect personal details. The more unique these choices are, the more identifiable you may become.
Security
Industry-standard measures are used to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Only share information you are comfortable with. Delete your account if you no longer wish to use the service.
Third-Party Services
- AdMob is used for advertising and may collect data according to its privacy policy.
- The game may also contain links to third-party sites. Responsibility is not assumed for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those sites.
Data Deletion
- Accounts and all associated data can be deleted directly in the app.
- Deletion can also be requested by contacting [email protected].
WARNING: Deleting an account will instantly erase all data. No delay, no backup, no flags; it’s gone, straight up. Once deleted, the account and all associated data are permanently gone. Recovery is impossible, even if support is contacted. Purchases will not be refunded.
Children’s Privacy
Personal information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected.
Users should only play if they meet the age rating of the app in their country’s app store.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has created an account without meeting these requirements, the account should be deleted. Minors who do not meet the minimum age requirement are also expected to delete their accounts.
